This policy explains how CHIC Hospitality ("CHIC", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit chic-hospitality.com, contact us, or book a CHIC Tours experience or concierge service in Saint Lucia.

Information we collect

  • Contact and trip requests: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, travel dates, hotel or villa, group size and anything you choose to tell us in a form, email or WhatsApp message.
  • Bookings: lead traveller name, contact details, number of guests, pickup location, flight details for transfers, and any dietary, accessibility or special requests. Card payments are processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Website usage: basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools (for example Google Analytics).
  • Reviews and photos: reviews you leave on third-party sites, and photos taken during an experience only with your consent.

How we use it

  • To plan, confirm and deliver your booking, including pickup times and day-of messages.
  • To answer your questions and send quotes for concierge and group services.
  • To send booking reminders, a short guide before your experience and, after your trip, a request for feedback.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. Marketing messages are only sent where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to deliver your trip or run our business: drivers, guides and partner venues for your booking; our booking platform (Bókun) and payment processors; online travel agencies where you booked through them; and our accountants or authorities where the law requires it. Each receives only the information needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

International transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside Saint Lucia, including in the United States and the European Union. We use reputable providers that protect personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site and booking cart work, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some booking features may not work without them.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as part of a booking made by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
